For our advice services, we will charge a fee of between £0 and £999. The amount charged will depend on your circumstances and the amount of research and administration required.
- For residential remortgages and purchases, our typical fee would be £499
- For buy to let, our typical fee would be £599
- For limited company buy to let, our typical fee would be £749
- For regulated bridging, our typical fee would be £999
Typically, we do not charge a fee for arranging a rate switch/product transfer with your existing lender. For more complex applications such as adverse credit, the maximum fee of £999 may be charged. The precise fee will be confirmed by your adviser in your first appointment The fee is payable on completion of your mortgage.
