Your typical day will involve:

– Liaising with solicitors, lenders, surveyors and estate agents to assist with progressing our client’s mortgage applications

– Working in a team of Administrators who support our Mortgage Advisers

– Speaking with clients on a daily basis to update them on their mortgages, developing and maintaining long-term relationships.

– Effective diary and CRM management for the company on a regular basis

– Answering the phone to our clients and being the first port of call

 

A bit about you:

– Previous administration experience (Financial Services is a bonus)

– Previous Customer Service experience (Financial Services is a bonus)

– Microsoft Office experience

– You will be able to solve problems in a timely manner to achieve good customer outcomes

– You’ll be motivated by a fast-paced and bustling environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
